A long white counter lettered "Hottgenroth Software" is staffed under a red "Info" sign, with leaflets for current seminars on the desk. The video wall headed "Bewährt. Zuverlässig." shows an ECO-Pass software screen above a partly hidden line of service areas, and the blue Ziehl-Abegg stand is visible in the distance.
