Photo usage terms
Last updated: October 2026
The trade fair photos on this site were taken by CloudAir.tech and we hold the copyright in them. You are welcome to use them on the terms below. They show other companies' stands, products, logos and people, so the permission we can give has limits.
1. Exhibitors — photos of your own stand
If you exhibited at the fair, you may use photos of your own stand and products for any purpose: your website, social media, newsletters, presentations, catalogues and advertising. Download the full-size file from the photo page.
2. Media, blogs and industry portals
You may use the photos editorially — news, fair reports, market overviews and articles — free of charge.
3. Credit and link
In both cases, please credit the photo and link to its page on our site:
Photo: CloudAir.tech — linked to the photo page, for example Photo: CloudAir.tech
Where the photographer is named on the photo page, use Photo: Name / CloudAir.tech. On social media, tag or mention CloudAir and put the link in the post or comment.
4. Logos, trademarks, stand designs and people
Logos, trademarks, product names and stand designs shown in the photos belong to their respective owners. Showing them does not mean that their owners endorse you, us or your use of the photo. People appear as part of a public trade fair; do not use a photo in a way that singles a person out, misrepresents them or harms their reputation.
5. Other uses — ask us first
Any other commercial use — for example advertising another company's products with a photo of a competitor's stand, stock photo libraries, resale, or AI training datasets — requires our written consent. Write to cloudair@cloudair.tech with the photo link and how you want to use it.
If you are shown in a photo or represent an exhibitor and would like a photo removed or corrected, write to the same address — we will deal with it promptly.
6. No warranty
The photos are provided as they are. You are responsible for making sure your use complies with the law and with the rules of the fair organiser where they apply.
