The AI assistant in the CloudAir administration panel creates series, adds products, imports data from Excel and PDF datasheets and answers questions about your catalogue. It is paid from a prepaid credit balance kept for each catalogue.
$20 free to start. Every catalogue gets $20 of starter credit. When it is used up, the assistant waits until credit is bought.

Prices in US dollars. VAT and other sales taxes are added at checkout where they apply. The full package value is added to your credit balance.
How it works
- Credit is bought inside the administration panel at admin.cloudair.tech, under AI assistant → Usage & credit → Buy credits.
- Payment is handled by Paddle.com, our online reseller and Merchant of Record. The credit appears on your balance right after payment.
- Each answer of the assistant is charged according to its size. The price of every request, the daily usage and who used it are shown in the panel.
- The assistant only proposes changes — every change to your catalogue needs your approval before it is saved.
- Credit does not expire and belongs to the catalogue it was bought for.
Refunds
Unused credit can be refunded within 30 days of purchase. See our Refund Policy and Terms of Service.
