Terms of Service

1. Who we are

CloudAir is operated by 2M SYSTEM, Szkolna Str. 3, 32-065 Krzeszowice, Poland (VAT EU ID: PL6792668595) — “we”, “us”. These terms apply to the CloudAir administration panel at admin.cloudair.tech, the AI assistant inside it and the AI assistant credit sold through this site.

The platform is made for businesses — fan and HVAC manufacturers, distributors and engineers. By creating an account or buying a plan or credit you confirm that you act for a business and accept these terms on its behalf.

2. Ordering and payment

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

AI assistant credit is sold in one-time packages of USD 20, 50, 100 and 250, as listed on our AI credit pricing page, and bought inside the administration panel. VAT and other sales taxes are added at checkout where they apply. Access to the administration panel itself is provided under the agreement between your company and CloudAir.

3. AI assistant credit

The AI assistant in the administration panel is paid from a prepaid credit balance kept per catalogue.
Each answer of the assistant is charged according to its size; the charge of every request is shown in the panel under AI assistant → Usage & credit.
Every catalogue starts with free starter credit of USD 20. When the balance reaches zero, the assistant stops until credit is bought.
Credit does not expire, is not transferable between catalogues and cannot be exchanged for cash, except as described in our Refund Policy.
The assistant proposes changes; every change to your catalogue needs your explicit approval in the panel. You remain responsible for checking what you approve.

4. Your data

The product data, media and documents you put into the platform remain yours. We process them only to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy. You can export your data at any time while your account is active.

5. Acceptable use

You may not use the platform to break the law, to infringe the rights of others, to attempt to access catalogues or accounts that are not yours, to overload or attack the service, or to resell access without our written consent. We may suspend accounts that do so.

6. Engineering results

Selection results, curves, sound data and calculations are engineering aids based on the data in the catalogue. They do not replace the manufacturer's documentation or a professional design check. You are responsible for verifying results before relying on them.

7. Availability and changes

We aim for the platform to be available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. We may improve or change features; we will not remove a paid feature during a period you have already paid for.

8. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the platform is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profit or lost data. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

9. Termination

You can close your account at any time. We may end the service with 30 days' notice, or immediately in case of a serious breach of these terms.

10. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by Polish law. Disputes will be resolved by the courts competent for our registered office, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
