Visitors meet at tables in the SMAY lounge, where an "Nawiewniki szczelinowe NSAL" slot diffuser is set into a concrete-effect wall trimmed with hanging greenery. A dark backdrop reads "Dziękujemy za 30-lat współpracy!" and SMAY-branded gift bags rest by the armchairs.
