Staff at the Midea "Welcome" counter assist visitors under a blue ribbed panel and hanging greenery. To the right, an H-Pack heat pump with a "Hydrobox" module is mounted under a timber roof section, beneath a poster reading "Die Zukunft der Wärme" with A+++ and R290 labels.
