Staff wait at the curved Sailer counter, set with branded cans, pretzel sticks and biscuits. Behind them stands a cutaway storage tank lit in rainbow colours, and a wall headed "SYSTEMREGLER" displays controllers, under a header reading "KÄLTESPEICHER . WÄRMERÜCKGEWINNUNG" and "WÄRMEPUMPENSPEICHER . SYSTEMTRENNUNG".
