Italian subcontract manufacturer of formed and brazed copper and steel tube assemblies, heat exchangers, brass and stainless fittings and sheet-metal parts for the air-conditioning and heating industry. Founded in 1968 near Vicenza as a mould and tooling maker, it says it has led its European core market since the early 1990s.
