Hadsten, Denmark

Danish group formed in 2025 by merging Hoyer (electric motors, since 1974) and VMS Group (marine service, since 2001). It supplies IE1 to IE4 electric motors, frequency converters and automation solutions, plus engineering projects and aftermarket/MRO service for marine and industrial customers, including HVAC applications. It has offices in Hadsten and Frederikshavn (Denmark) and Ningbo (China).
